Stratus is pleased to announce that Microsoft® Windows Server® 2022 and Windows Server 2019 are now available on Generation 12 ftServer® models. The 12th generation ftServers, announced in April 2023, offer greater levels of flexibility and performance with more processing power in addition to more storage and networking connectivity options. The Windows Server 2022 operating system provides advanced multi-layer security features, enhanced support of hybrid environments with the Microsoft Azure ® cloud, and improved performance for application developers.
Release highlights
- Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Support is available for Generation 12 ftServer (models 2920, 4920 and 6920). Windows Server 2022 support is already available on the ftServer model 6910, which continues to be available for sale.
- Generation 12 ftServer models with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 or Microsoft Windows Server 2019 preloaded can be ordered now and are available for shipment.
